Thanksgiving Day Breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM for hotel guests only.

The restaurant will close from 9:00-11:30 AM.

Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Reservations are highly recommended.

FIRST COURSE

Achiote Quail

Achiote marinated smoked Quail, Polenta Cake, Arugula, Orange Oaxaca sauce

Wild Mushroom Vol au Vent

Lobster, Porcini and Oyster mushrooms simmered in a white wine cream sauce, shaved Parmesan, served in a Puff Pastry shell

The Signature Soup

Creamy sweet corn in the same bowl with smooth and spicy black bean topped with a signature of spicy chile cream

Butternut Squash Soup

Creamy butternut squash, honey roasted spiced pecans, sage cream

Blue Cheese Salad

Artisan baby romaine hearts, creamy blue cheese dressing, Blue cheese crumbles, Honey roasted pecans, Pancetta crisp
